Who we are

TPO Search is operated by T Corp Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When we refer to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy, we mean T Corp Ltd.

For privacy enquiries, please use our contact form.

What data we collect

We collect minimal personal data. Here is what we process and why:

Contact and API enquiry forms

When you submit a form on our site, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, and message or enquiry details). Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Analytics and usage data

We use PostHog to understand how people use our site. PostHog may collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. You can opt out of PostHog tracking using your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

Mapping services

We use Mapbox to display interactive maps. When you view a map, your browser connects directly to Mapbox's servers. Mapbox may collect usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies set by third-party services:

  • Google AdSense — advertising cookies used to serve and measure ads
  • PostHog — analytics cookies used to understand site usage
  • Mapbox — functional cookies required for map rendering

We do not set any first-party cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms
  • Understand how people use our site so we can improve it
  • Display advertisements to support the running of the site

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, our legal bases for processing personal data are:

  • Legitimate interests — for analytics and site improvement, where this does not override your rights
  • Consent — for advertising cookies and personalised ads, which you can withdraw at any time
  • Contractual necessity — for processing API access enquiries where you are requesting a service

Data retention

Form submissions are retained by Formspree and by us for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained by PostHog in accordance with their retention policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children's privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our forms, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
